The cost of our service does not cover hosting fees. Once your 3-day Shopify trial expires, you must pay Shopify directly to keep your store hosted and active.

Refunds: Given the digital nature of our products, refunds are not offered unless the services provided are delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe.

Suppliers & Products: Please be aware that we utilize Spocket to import products from suppliers. After your store is delivered, we are not responsible for the availability of stock or inventory from any product or supplier. Availability is subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

Technical Support: Our support covers assistance with app usage and basic store functionalities, such as importing products. Should you not maintain an active Shopify subscription beyond the initial 3 days, standard support will cease. Note that technical support does not extend to theme or layout customization. Our themes are designed for easy customization by the store owner, and our services are considered final upon delivery.

Management Responsibilities: Technical support does not encompass the management of your business or store. Store owners are responsible for running their store, including making any changes post-completion.

Order Placement: Ensure you use an email that has not previously been used to sign up for a Shopify free trial when placing your order.

Payment Gateway Compliance: Shopify's payment gateway policies may restrict the sale of certain substances and items. Brandafy does not assume responsibility nor provides assistance for payment gateway setup or approval for products that do not meet these guidelines. Store owners are responsible for securing their own payment gateway approvals.
